General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

Ritka.hu Kft. (address: 1112 Budapest, Csárda utca 4., tax number: 13213374-2-43; company registration number: Cg.01-09-723932; hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider or Ritka.hu Kft.) and you, as a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the User), have entered into an agreement regarding the RENTAL of ONE MORE LIKE MOVIE, which ensures your right to view or rent the content available on the website www.onemorelikemovie.com or any other website designated by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the Service). The terms and conditions of the agreement formed in relation to the Service are governed by these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC).

The GTC regulates the rights and obligations of the User and the Service Provider in the provision of the following services: the playback of an audiovisual work on an online player (“stream”) for a period of 48 hours, upon payment of a one-time fee (hereinafter referred to as the One-Time Purchase).

This One-Time Purchase and Content service is provided by the website www.onemorelikemovie.com. The contractual obligations of the Users are subject to the provisions of these GTC. In the event of a breach of the contractual obligations set out in the GTC, the Service Provider is entitled to act in accordance with the provisions of the GTC and the relevant laws. By using the Service, the User agrees to the provisions of the GTC. If the User refuses the GTC, they are not entitled to use the Service. 

2. Terms of Use of the Service Provider

The Service Provider only allows access to audiovisual works that it has created itself and holds the rights to (hereinafter referred to as Content).

Each Content is exclusively intended for personal use by individuals (Users). Commercial or business use, public use, or widespread use of the Content is strictly prohibited. The User is also not authorized to distribute, copy, record, or otherwise use the Content in a manner that is contrary to these GTC and the applicable laws. The agreement between the User and the Service Provider is formed after finalizing registration on the www.onemorelikemovie.com website. At the same time, the User consents to electronic communication between the parties to the contract (e-mail, telephone). Any costs that may arise from electronic communication will be borne by the User. Information related to the User’s account (e.g., invoices, password changes, confirmation messages, or notifications) will be sent exclusively in electronic form, via email, to the email address provided during registration.

3. Protection of Minors

The Company undertakes to follow the recommendation published by the Hungarian National Media and Infocommunications Authority (hereinafter: NMHH) regarding the detailed criteria for age classification used to protect minors, as defined in Section 9 (8) of Act CLXXXV of 2010 on Media Services and Mass Communication (hereinafter: Mttv.). This includes the applicable indicators used before and during the presentation of specific content, and the manner in which the classification is communicated. In accordance with these principles, the Company displays the same classification symbols used in television broadcasting alongside the title of the Content.

Accordingly, the Company applies the following symbols in particular:

• Category I – No symbol
• Category II – Not recommended for children under 6 (number 6 in a yellow circular symbol)
• Category III – Not recommended for children under 12 (number 12 in a yellow circular symbol)
• Category IV – Not recommended for children under 16 (number 16 in a yellow circular symbol)
• Category V – Not recommended for persons under 18 (number 18 in a red circular symbol)

4. One-Time Fee and Payment Terms

To use the Service, the User must have internet access and a device properly configured and capable of accessing the Service.

Payment of the One-Time Purchase fee grants access to the Content (Service) for a duration of 48 hours. The One-Time Purchase fee for using the Service is subject to the following terms:

The User pays to view the Content for a 48-hour access period. After the 48 hours have elapsed, the right to view the Content expires. Further access to the Content is only possible through a new One-Time Purchase.

The Service Provider does not offer any monetary or other compensation or refunds for unused access, cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the Content. Complaints regarding the Content will not be accepted after the purchase.

The One-Time Purchase fee is displayed on the website www.onemorelikemovie.com.

Users can pay the One-Time Purchase fee using online bank card payment methods, or through Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed via the Stripe-based WooPayments system. Users are hereby informed that their financial and bank card data are not accessible to the Service Provider, Ritka.hu Kft.

5. Liability for Damages

The User agrees to compensate the Service Provider and its contractual partners for any damages arising from or in connection with the User’s breach of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), violation of applicable laws, or infringement of any third party’s rights. This includes, in particular, any damages resulting from the unauthorized sharing of the Content with third parties who are not registered users, as well as from the distribution, copying, recording, or other unlawful use of the Content in any form.

6. Protection of Personal Data

Information regarding the protection of your personal data can be found in our Privacy and Data Management Policy available on the website www.onemorelikemovie.com. 

7. Complaint

The User may submit a complaint electronically regarding issues related to the service provision defined in these GTC by sending an email to: help@onemorelikemovie.com

The Service Provider will investigate the complaint within 30 business days from the date of receipt; however, this period may be extended if the investigation requires more time. The Service Provider will notify the User within 30 business days from the receipt of the complaint about any extension of the investigation period or the rejection of the complaint.

If the User explicitly requests it when submitting the complaint, and the complaint is deemed justified, the Service Provider may refund the amount already paid for the service in connection with the issue.

8. Internet Links Found on Our Website

The website www.onemorelikemovie.com may contain internet links directing to websites operated by third parties. The Service Provider has no control over these links or the content of the linked websites and assumes no responsibility for them. Users may visit such websites at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability, Service Interruptions, and Outages

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider excludes all liability in cases where the User is unable to use the Service during the access period, or can only use it with limitations, due to internet congestion or errors related to computers or other devices, networks, electronics, or communication systems that are beyond the Service Provider’s control.

The Service Provider also disclaims liability for any malfunctions of the Service that fall outside its sphere of responsibility—for example, if the issue arises due to the User using an unsupported device, or the fault lies with the User or a third party. Force majeure events are also considered beyond the control of the Service Provider. No compensation shall be granted to Users for periods of unavailability due to maintenance-related interruptions of the Service.

If the Service becomes unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 24 hours due to malfunctions, outages, or other issues for which the Service Provider is responsible, those Users who request it are entitled to a pro-rated fee refund.

10. Exclusion of Waiver

If the Service Provider does not enforce any of its contractual rights or does not act against the User in the event of a breach of contract, this shall not be considered as approval of that breach or any similar future breaches. Such inaction shall in no way affect the Service Provider’s rights as set out in the contract.

11. Final Provisions

The User acknowledges that any activity that violates these GTC and may jeopardize the smooth operation of the Service provided by the Service Provider, or infringe upon copyrights or the rights of others, will be considered a breach of these GTC by the Service Provider. Therefore, the Service Provider is entitled to limit the User’s involvement in such activities. Such limitations will primarily include preventing access to the Service Provider’s services. The Service Provider has the right to take immediate action to restrict such user activities.

In the event that any provision(s) of these Terms of Use is/are found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, this will not affect the validity, enforceability, legality, or effect of the remaining provisions. The Service Provider may, from time to time, amend these General Terms and Conditions. The laws of Hungary shall govern these GTC.
